How to quality for the Irish Open 2015

William Hill Poker is hosting online satellites into this event, with 4,500 Euro packages to be won. Satellites at various buy in levels will be running from November through March.

Paddy Power Poker are also offering satellites to win packages to the Irish Open, but you can also buy into the event directly, for 3,500 Euros. This buy in is an increase on previous years, which should generate a bigger prize pool.

Irish Open 2015 Main Event Details

The main event begins at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel, Dublin, on April 3rd 2015. There is also a special super satellite scheduled at 7pm the previous evening (2 April 2015) for players who wish to participate. The main event start time is 1pm with the event scheduled to last 4 days. The event features a 30,000 starting stack and 60 minute blind levels.

Alongside several other smaller events, the main event will be a star attraction for poker players from all across the continent. Although €1,500,000 is guaranteed, the eventual prize pool is expected to easily surpass 3 million Euros, ensuring that there is serious money at stake in the main event.
